Terms and Conditions

Things to prepare for on the day of check-in.

The things to bring on the day of stay:
1. Passport or a copied of passport with signature.
2. Cat's vaccination certificate.
3. Sufficient cat food for the stay.
4. Sufficient cat litter for the stay.
5. Toys and beloved items of the cat (if any).

Check-in / Check-out Time

The hotel operates from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. If you check in during this period, check-out will be by 8:00 PM the following day. For example, if you check in on the 11th at 7:00 PM and stay for one night, you can pick up your cat by 8:00 PM on the 12th. Similarly, if you check in on the 11th at 10:00 AM and stay for one night, you can also pick up your cat by 8:00 PM on the 12th.

If there is an early check-in or late check-out, there will be an additional fee of 50 Baht per hour. Advance notice is required for such arrangements.

Playing with your Cats

We will take your cats out to play 1-2 times a day, depending on the number of guests staying. Each play session will last 15-20 minutes, and we will provide photos and video clips for the owners. Our cat hotel will take cats out to play one household at a time, ensuring the safety of each cat. We want every cat to have a safe and enjoyable playtime experience.

Cat's Health

We prioritize the health of the cats of all our customers. Every cat brought to us for staying must have good health, be free from diseases, be up-to-date on vaccinations, and be free from fleas, ticks, mites, lice, or any skin conditions for the safety of all the cats in our hotel.

Illness during the stay

If your cat becomes ill during their stay, the hotel will immediately notify the pet owner. If the pet owner wishes the hotel to take the pet to the hospital for treatment, the pet owner agrees to cover all associated expenses, including transportation costs, medical treatment fees, and any other relevant expenses related to the cat's illness. The cat hotel will take your cats to the nearest veterinary hospital or the veterinary hospital of the hotel's choice (licensed and in compliance with the law).

Intentional abandonment of pets

If the pet owner does not come to pick up their pet, the hotel will consider it as intentional abandonment of the pet. The hotel will take legal action according to the Animal Welfare Act, Section 23, to the fullest extent.

Types of pets

@Home Cat Hotel provides accommodation services exclusively for cats of all breeds. We do not offer services for other types of pets as it may affect the physical and mental health of the cats brought in by other customers.

The use of the hotel's CCTV cameras

The CCTV cameras provided by the hotel are offered as a complimentary service with no additional charges. This is to enhance customer confidence in the hotel's services. The hotel retains CCTV footage for a minimum of 15 days. In the event of any necessary review by the pet owner, a written request must be submitted according to the hotel's specified conditions, and the hotel does not permit the pet owner to disclose or share any part of the CCTV footage with any third party, in accordance with PDPA data protection laws.
