The hotel has two air conditioners in the room, alternating between on and off every 12 hours to ensure efficient operation. We also clean the air conditioner every 3 months to maintain the optimal temperature and provide clean air for your cats.

We keep the air purifier running at all times to filter the air, removing PM2.5 dust particles, ensuring that the room has clean and safe air for the cats that come to use our services.

The water that the little ones drink is filtered water from a water filtration system. You can be assured that they will have access to clean water of the same grade as what humans drink.

The hotel provides 24-hour surveillance camera service at no additional cost. You can access the hotel's system to view your pets at any time. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, you can request to view the recorded footage for up to 15 days.

The hotel uses UVC technology to disinfect everything in the room, including beds, water bowls, food bowls, litter boxes, cat toys, and all related equipment in the UVC-treated disinfection room, it is safe from direct exposure to UVC light

Cats that are not familiar to staying overnight may experience stress. Therefore, the hotel turn on soothing music during the day to help ease the anxiety of the cats, making them more comfortable staying at the hotel.

Cats are independent animals, but they also need love and activities. The hotel understands this well and takes the cats out to play and relax, so they won't feel lonely and can relieve stress from being in a new environment.
